Each of these titles is a career retrospective of four popular icons of British Jazz.
Pat Halcox joined Chris Barber's Band in the early 1950s and held the trumpet chair until 2008, the longest serving partnership in Jazz!
Ian Wheeler made his name with Ken Colyer's Jazzmen, leaving to form the Sims-Wheeler Vintage Jazz Band, before shortly after joining Chris Barber, with whom he stayed for 27 years!
Monty Sunshine made his name in The Crane River Jazz Band and later with Chris Barber - he was the soloist for Petite Fleur. He also ran his own band from 1961 into the 2000s.
And finally, Steve Lane formed his first band in 1949 and stuck to the Trad style throughout his career. He also ran three record labels, VJM, Halcyon and Azure.
